This place has a great location - just a few steps away from all the places we wanted to visit. The staff knew their stuff and helped us figure out what to do. The rooms were super clean and even had a microwave and fridge to use. 🌟

Possibly the best and decent stay on a business trip. Exceptionally nice rooms with good facilities, and nice pool. Marvellous breakfast, a huge variety of meals. Marvellous location close enough to San Jose and San Francisco, San Francisco sightseeing, and shops and restaurants. Also, in a great area.

The hotel offered us the use of a computer to find another accommodation when our reserved room was unavailable. The gym and pool were great amenities, and the attention to detail in the room, like a sewing kit and body lotion, was impressive. The bed was the most comfortable we had experienced during our entire trip. The staff, especially Lupe, were fabulous and went above and beyond to accommodate us, even providing an extra bed for our son. The laundry facilities were a pleasant surprise, and the affordable prices, including the availability of laundry detergent, were much appreciated.

This place is nicely situated near the Bay Area, as well as both Vallco Village and Valco Park shopping centers. Plus, the highway entrance is just a hop and a skip away.

The Hilton hotel is a very nice place with lots of restaurants around. This is the only positive thing.

The staff made a mistake about my payment and did not apologize and told me some B.S. about putting a deposit down first before paying the full payment; he did not resolve my problem. Even after I told him I had reserve a room through bookings, he charged me more than I was suppose too. Worst experience ever, I will no longer use the Hilton Hotel again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Silicon Valley. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Cupertino Village where I could enjoy a variety of delicious Asian cuisines. Plus, being near the Apple campus added an exciting touch to my stay. The room on a higher floor was clean and had great facilities, including a comfy double bed. And to top it off, breakfast was included, making it great value for money.

All in all, my stay was great; no improvements needed!

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at the deluxe king room on higher floors. Its location was favourable, near to both the Vallco Village and Valco Park shopping centers as well as Chinese Restaurant. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful at nearly every turn. The registration desk staff were very helpful. The room was clean, and comfortable. They had a Keurig coffee machine (which is my husband's and my favorite), a microwave and small refrigerator in the room. My husband and I really appreciated our experience and the comfort we were afforded there. There was fresh coffee, tea, fruit, cookies, snacks and water with lemons available from morning to late evening in the lobby, as well as a little store with snacks and amenities geared towards travel. There was also a bar that stays open until 10:00 PM, I believe. It was very nicely laid out. There is a gym and a nice pool very conveniently located.

We had breakfast there, and we sat ourselves in an area that apparently is not normally used for meal time. We didn't realize that this table was not available for their breakfast. A woman working that morning was very busy and us sitting in an area not normally used for meals was a bit stressful for her. I think that area needs to be marked somehow, so that people know not to sit there while eating. It was a larger table in the lobby, and we thought it was perfect for us. I think it may be used for business meetings and not meals. It turned out fine, and she did not need us to move. It just made her busy morning all that much more to handle.
